Pet Fees

$300.00 Taxes included. per night + deposit for $ 500.00 taxes included. (The deposit is paid in cash upon arrival, and is returned upon departure of the guest)

Regulation for the entrance of pets to the Hotel

1. Physically present the pet to our Reception team for registration. The owner must present a valid official identification.
2. A charge of $300.00 will be applied on a daily basis (per pet, it is only possible to accommodate 2 pets per room).
3. A cash deposit must be left as a guarantee, the above in case of any damage caused by the pet.
4. When checking-out, the client must wait the necessary time to check that the room is in optimal conditions.
5. If the pet loses a lot of hair, $100.00 will be deducted from the deposit.
6. At the discretion of our Reception staff, if the pet weighs more than 6 Kg, it may not be accepted in the room, and a special area with 24-hour surveillance will be designated for the pet.
7. It is forbidden for the Pet to be around the Hotel areas.
8. For security reasons, it is forbidden for the pet to be in the Restaurant or pool area.
9. The space and tranquility of the other guests must be respected.
10. If the pet will be in any other area of the hotel, it must wear a leash.
11. The Reception staff will assign specific rooms for clients who arrive with their pet (Subject to availability).
12. A daily inspection will be carried out to assess the condition of the room and if there is any damage caused to the Hotel.
13. The Guest will be responsible for using bags to collect the necessities of the pet
14. It is not allowed to bathe the pet in the shower in the room, nor is the use of towels allowed.
15. The pet cannot be left alone in the room. You always have to have the supervision of the owner.
